Early prediction of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) at 5 years old for a 24-month-old infant that born preterm

This application is used for an infant with 24-month corrected age, that born preterm <32 weeks' gestation. Three questions should be answered yes as an indication to use this application. First, did the patient born preterm <32 weeks' gestation? Second, is the patient's corrected age 24 months old? Third, is this application used for the first time for the patient?
